What I figured out was I love to color... My grandkids will agree all grandma likes to do is color. I guess that's why I'm having so much fun with paper crafting, I can incorporate coloring and it's ok.. :>)
Todays pictures both have coloring in them so I hope you like them!
This second one was done after a layout that I found on one of the blogs I visit. I really wish I could find in the stores the 3inch scallop punch for a border on my large circle. That would be the only thing I would add here tho.. Enjoy your day everyone...Off to blog hop for ideas...
I love to color too; it is so therapeutic for me. Terrific sentiment "I heard it through the grapevine"...love that! Your color combo for your friend card is so happy and warm :)
ReplyDeleteLove the color combinations, thanks for sharing Judy
ReplyDeleteWell when you get the 2 you will have a scallop punch in any size...lol
ReplyDeleteThese are both so pretty! I love the cluster of grapes on the first card, and the rich fall colors and darling basket on the second!
ReplyDeleteDo you have any Spellbinder Nestabilities? I just looked at mine and there is a 3" scalloped circle that would work. When you get your cricut you can cut any shape you want and any size you want. I especially like the card with the flower basket. That is a great design.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty cards, I love them both! I love to color also, its great that we can find ways to justify doing it as adults!! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat cards Judy! Isn't being a Grandma fun? My grandkids love to come & play in my craft room too. It makes for good quality time together! I LOVE to color too! Back in the day, they'd probably lock us all up!
