The day after the convention

Hi Everyone,
This was my first year of going to the ck convention and oh how much fun I had.  I walked around in circles trying to take everything in.  Next year for sure I will do classes, but ths shopping alone was so much fun.  I highly recomend it to everyone if it is coming to your city if not just come to my house next year and come along with me.  :)

Over the past few day's I've been working on my paper bag mini album it is coming along pretty good.  At AC Moore the other day I found a clothes pin that I can try my hand at altering.  Next time I go back I will get the bigger version and do that as well, plus I have to remember to get one for Lily.  :)

Here's this one

The small roses I added some distress ink to the edges.  I kept it smiple it is now on my craft desk holding a pic of my sister in law that we lost a few years ago.  I still miss her so.
Have a great day my friends, I'm off to see what you all are working on.

  4. First of all...I'm so sorry about the loss of your sister in law. Even though it was a few years back...the heart never heals totally, does it? How wonderful you honor her by keeping her photo close...I love what you did with the big clothespin!
And how wonderful that you got to go to CKU convention! I'm jealous!!! I did go to the old CKU Master's and Albums a few years back and it was sooo much fun!!! What all did you buy? :)
