Saturday

Good Afternoon,

Believe it or not I've started my Christmas cards.  I have a sample to show you, and my inspiration came from the beautiful Papertrey Ink stamps, but also the gallery of ideas they offer you when you visit their site.  I feel in love with this wreath stamp set, I also have the dye but decided for the Christmas cards I would not dye cut it.  Instead, I've been coloring them in with my copics.  I love the way these have turned out, and I hope you do too.

I posted the inside of the card.  I like the way it looks using the white ink.  I hope you all are enjoying your weekend.  I'am anxiously awaiting the delivery of some more red paper so I can finish up my Christmas cards, and hopefully get on to my Christmas daily book.  Hugs to all.

  1. Hi Judy! Thanks for stopping by blog and saying hi! Hope all is well. I love, love, love your Christmas card! That wreath is just beautiful and I love the way you colored it. Well done!! How many will you make?

Lots of ways to get those pictures off your phone. I'm a gadget junkie so if I can help you let me know. If you have smart phone you can always email the photos to yourself and then save them out on your computer. If you don't have a smart phone you probably have to connect up to your computer by cable and upload them that way. If you have an iPhone I can help you as that's what I'm most familiar with. I still say Dropbox is the easiest because it saves the photos out at so you can view them on your iphone, on your computer, and can send links to friends or family who then can view and even upload them for printing.

My daughter takes a lot of photos on her iPhone and then would text them to me. If I saved them out they were lower resolution that didn't print well so I was always asking her to send me the full file. Sometimes it happened...sometimes it didn't. Then we happened across Dropbox (I think I read a review on a consumer site) and I put the app on my iPhone and have it on my laptop...and she has it on both of hers too. Now she takes a photo and puts it in "our shared folder" that we have set up at Dropbox and I can grab out what I want for printing. It has really helped me with my scrapbooking.

Anyway, I was soooo disappointed when I came to your blog and still couldn't see any baby photos. Harrumph!!! LOL! I just KNEW you'd have one up by now! LOL!!!

Take care...your card is gorgeous and I love when I see you have posted something new!

    Susan
